Migraine Cures from a Chronic Headache Suffer
68The Pain is Unbearable
Migraines can put a damper on any day. The sudden onset of a migraine headache always puts me in a bad mood. Having suffered with this pain for years I have found several migraine cures that work. I want to share them with you because I know how bad they can be and I want you to find the same relief I have found.
Natural Migraine Cures
I am only going to discuss natural cures for migraines as I always try
to stay away from pharmaceuticals as much as possible. I just don’t
like putting things into my body that I don’t know what side effects
they might have. My best tip cost me thousands of dollars, but I have
found relief making every penny worth it. Several years ago I was
traveling for work and got a horrible migraine during my flight. When
I got to the hotel I was really short with the lady at the hotel front desk. After
I had finished checking in, I felt bad so I explained about my throbbing head.
She suggested that I take a soak in the hotel’s hot tub. Willing to
try anything to get the pain to go away, I got into the hot tub and
within a few minutes the throbbing had stopped. It wasn’t too long
after I got home, my wife and I bought a Hot Springs Spa. I have
used it many times to cure a migraine, a backache or to melt away stress. Stress is a big migraine trigger, so the soaks have an effect of also lower the number of migraines I get. Not everyone has access to a
hot tub, so a good soak in a warm bath has many of the same benefits.
Niacin Cures Migraines
Niacin, also known as B3, has been touted as a migraine cure. The best way to get it is to eat the right kinds of foods. Some great sources of niacin are fish (tuna, salmon), chicken, milk, eggs, and worst of all liver. For the vegetarians tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes, and worst of all asparagus are good sources of niacin. Given your tastes, try to eat some of these foods when you get a migraine, just don’t try to eat a tomato like an apple. It’s really messy.

Thanx 4 sharing this. I have been a migraine sufferer all in my life. I am free of it for 15 months now thanx to a cure I had found. I can eat and do anything and the migraine not coming back unless I stop my treatment that takes about 10 seconds a day and I can do it on a run. So it has to be ongoing or else this pest of a migraine coming back in a couple of weeks. The source is at http://sufferingfrommigraine.com
